It should be closed down. Or. hire people who actually care about people. My dad was there for less then 2 weeks in July of 2016..in that 2 weeks he suffered bruising from falling several times 3rd degree burns on both legs and no one knows how it happened. Incomplete records. He was on concussion watch but was able to get in Courtyard where he suffered the third degree burns .
