Our facility is open 24/7 for those individuals who desire a smaller, more friendly atmosphere. We offer no contract and higher service. Come see why our members call us the "Cheers" of the gyms.

At other gyms, you're just another membership. At Health Advantage, you're family! I usually tend to workout at night, and here I always feel safe. I never have to look over my shoulder or worry about being alone. As long as I live here, I will never go to another gym.

I signed up for Health Advantage Fitness yesterday and jworking out today and Tim gave me some great advice and just a nice all around person. I love the gym hours very flexible for what I'm trying to accomplish. Thank you Tim your helping me reach my goal weight for my 50th birthday!
Tim French is amazing. He has a great attitude geared towards motivation. He is just as nice to the new people as he is to the regulars. If you are there every week or just getting back in he treats you like you have come every week. If you need a gym to workout in Health Advantage is a great place to start.
