I have been with company for over 3 years. My home maker always said that they were rude but I encountered it today. The management just changed hands without letting me or my home maker know. I speaking to Catholic Charities about this company. I will be putting in for another agency as soon as possible. I would not recommend
This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. My homemaker who I love is on leave and it's been two weeks and they haven't sent anyone else.
Staff person Addie is rude and hostile towards clients. I contacted him to inform the agency that my worker was going on vacation for 2 weeks since my worker refuse to do so Addie phoned on Friday and said that a new worker would call me and start on Monday. No one called or showed up. I called 3 times on Monday and left 3 messages. with this information . On the 3rd call Addie finally came to phone and yelled at me for calling. Great staff
The team here is great. Yes they have an accent but, they absolutely care about their job and go far above and beyond. There's no one else I would want providing care for my mother.
