I originally gave 5*, but then our pcp, Dr Mohsin left with no contact to her patients, or at least not to my husband and myself. We made an appt with Dr Fernando for Oct 1, which he tried to change last minute to Oct 2. I stood my ground as we had appts on Oct 2. So we see him 1 time and he writes 1 year of RX for us. However, my insurance dropped my Invokana they had covered for almost 5 years for my diabetes (the only med that worked for my diabetes) and I needed an exception letter from my pcp. I can always count on Dr. Habibullah to make me feel like family when I come in for anything! The staff are so kind and gentle and Dr. H is so comforting and thorough! If I could give more stars, I would!

I made an appointment as a new patient, came to that appointment, and left after having not been seen at 20 minutes past the appointment time. Had I shown up 20 minutes late, the appointment would be cancelled. So, I tried again. Made a new appointment. Came for that new appointment and had not been taken back within 15 minutes of the appointment (which I was early for by 30 minutes to make sure I would be seen on time). Left again. The reviews have to be fake. Can't even get lab results back, Can't get ahold of anyone since as usual doctors office who doesn't care about patients

Worst clinic I've ever been to. Everything about this clinic is awful. Can get nothing done and never answer anything. Don't answer the phone. Can't even refill prescriptions. Never open. Basically not an office. A complete joke. Do not go here!
