Unfortunately have not had a good experience here with Dr. Brahmbhatt. Have had concerns continuously dismissed, he refused to refer me to any specialists, and despite receiving an abnormal imaging result- never heard anything back from the office. They say they only reach out if it’s an emergency or life threatening, which is odd because that’s what the ER is for, not your family doctor. Skip this place unless it’s the only option available for walk in care.
My 3 month old baby needed a prescription that required a doctor form and special ordering through the government. The pharmacist at Shoppers Drug Mart gave me the name of the wrong form and told me it would be 4-6 weeks to determine if the government approves of covering this prescription. While at the clinic to get the form filled out by the doctor, Sejal figured out the correct information and got the government approval within 2 days. This made an incredible and meaningful impact on my family.
