I'm going there for almost 2 years, and today I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED. I have high triglycerides (over 600), and today i was returned after taking some medication for it. The secretary asked me to pay my co-pay + something else. That's ok to pay the co-pay, but i will not pay the other amount without know what is it.. It's the consumer right. Unprofessional staff and a money motivated doctor. I went in for testosterone HRT and off the bat the nurse did not understand anything about medications or procedures. I understand if it was her first day but it was should have been my first warning sign. I am a bit overweight and despite it having nothing to do with my visit, Dr. Singh brought it up several times.
