The main concern for this company is the almighty dollar! They are a numbers company so the managers can get heir bonuses. Their care towards patients is fake
Charged me for surgical debridement on visits when this was not performed. Paid my bill every month upon receiving a text on amount due. The last two months, did not receive any notification (text, mail, email) and now was notified by a collection agency saying a payment was 60 days late. Do not trust this company!!
The 5 star is for this wonderful nurse Shawna Webster who works in the Addison office She truly is the Crown Jewel of the Company Whenever I want or need to get anything done properly and in a timely manner with this company I always turn to her Not only is she skilled and knowledgeable but her heart is so big she goes the extra mile
Healogics represents a wound care facility in Pella IA. They overcharged me thousands of dollars every visit for a Surgical Debridement when I had no such thing. They have already been sued and had to pay 22.5 million dollars for them and when I confronted them on they completely ignore their improper coding and overcharging of patients.
