I’m honestly disappointing on how this process went. I consulted with a counselor over the phone then scheduled to meet in person. I was rescheduled with little to no explanation, which was understandable. The day of my session, I received no reminder call as before so I called to check & sure enough I was told that the therapist that was suppose to see me was no longer taking appointments & no update to when that therapist would start again. I was referred to another therapist but I wasn’t comfortable with due to me already... read more
