The best decision I made was meeting with Clay and going in for real healing. Clay takes the time to hear what’s going on with you before he even starts the massage. I had an amazing experience with Clay. I came in feeling heavy, swollen, and tense, and left feeling lighter, more mobile, and completely relaxed. Their knowledge of myofascial lymphatic release is impressive — they took the time to explain what was happening in my body and why certain areas felt tight or congested.

I have been going to Clay for a couple years now. He has helped me with my sever sinus issues, numbing of my arms, pain from my neck, migraines and many other issues I was going through which are now practically gone thanks to him. I was referred to Clay by a friend about 3 years ago. I went to Clay because I experiencing numbness and pain in my back and legs. During this time I ended up having a hard time walking and I couldn’t walk for a long time. He help my symptoms subside and also got me walking and moving around with several sessions.
