I took a workshop with Ann Marie for the first time at Solntse hot yoga recently. She teamed up with her friend Keith Mitchell for a mindfulness and meditation class. They are a dynamic duo! It was really powerful and I loved how they worked together to guide us during meditation and various yoga poses. I came away totally zen’d out! Looking forward to working with her again.
