This is the place I go to reset my system when it's not functioning the best. The far infrared sauna does a great job before the hydrotherapy session. Glad we have a place like this in Redding.
One of the best in the country. State of the art equipment, caring staff, mud baths - clay from Israel, deep heat sauna, colon hydrotherapy, foot baths, massage. Complete gentle detox in a warm and beautiful location. Truly one of a kind in America!
