Very supportive staff, very punctual and understanding in the complexities of other cases.
Charging an outrageous amount for missed appointments, will not be seen unless there is an instant form of payment on the account. One of the worst places we have ever had to take our son to for his services. I highly do not recommend this business and would caution anyone who wants to start service here. They are very eager to collect fees for services even before the insurance is charged and will not negotiate on any financial obligations.
My poor mother drove me all the way from Galax to this place! You don't want to know how much it cost in gas. It was hell on me for days as the appointment fastly approached because my anxiety has such a choke hold on me that I cant even do public places anymore. Sure, I could have googled this place but a provider of mine that knows my situation very well reffered me so I just went with the flow. Amber is HORRIBLE!!!! Telehealth appointment with her. She never bothered turning on her webcam, and she kept sniffling and clearing her throat. Absolutely, unequivocally useless.
