You walk in and its an empty room with a kiosk. Very cold and unwelcoming. During the winter they would cancel in person appointments, claiming they would telehealth or call. They did this 3 times, never calling for any of the phone appointments. Do not recommend
They violated my HIPAA rights at my first visit and I filed a complaint. I'd stay away from these amateurs. There is nothing professional about them.
Healing Waters Counseling Center has been a blessing to me! All of the staff are wonderful, compassionate & knowledgeable! Amber has given me suggestions to help me deal with my issues! If you have a need, I highly recommend them!! You’ll be glad you did!
