Went here when I was a teen, Therapists were great, intake person (the woman who ran the place) tried to deny/downplay my traumatic experiences, suggesting I didn’t have any. I went somewhere else and was told to find a specialist for PTSD. My first therapist here left this practice and clearly seemed unhappy with her employer. I could understand.

There is a reason why this place cannot retain their awesome therapists. If you are a professional, ask yourself why would that be? I worked there for one month. When I decided that the owner’s dishonesty and tricks to not pay the salaried and contracted staff was enough for me, I let the owner know that I am looking for a different job. He terminated me the day I have asked him to pay my salary. After I left, he decided to not pay half of my salary. 0 stars...STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Do not take a job here, do not give this place your business!! I worked here for only a few months and have NEVER experienced such dishonesty with a practice owner. I am embarrassed to even have been associated with this place!

my daughter therapist left and was supposed to get a new therapist but that was 2 months ago i called every week even my daughter social work called no answer just direct to voicemail no email back nothing. i don’t know what going on but very unprofessional. my daughter only had 4 sessions till her therapist left. i do not recommend this place for anyone. there is no communication at all.

It was great at first, then my therapist left the company. So she set me up with a different therapist, who also ended up leaving the company, before we even had our first appointment. No one answers the phone, and they won’t return my calls. I’m pregnant and on Medicaid, so there aren’t many options for me and my care should be considered critical. Yet I can’t even get a call back. I’m suffering and I would at least like a call back. I have left many voicemails over the last couple of months.
