I went for dental cleaning and Nail Trimming - my dog’s nails grow very fast. They were charging me for it wihtout having completed the service. Then I requested it and they confirmed it wasn’t done and they took him in but they still didn’t do a good job and claimed my dog was restless and they couldn’t. I’m very disappointed to say the least! I’ve been goign there for years and they’ve always been excellent except this time. I hope they will make up for it!
My family has been bringing our pets to Healing Touch Vets more many years. The staff always treat me and my babies with such kindness that I feel less nervous coming to a vet. I especially love Dr. Audra. Her knowledge and compassion are so appreciated.
