I have been a patient of both offices for over ten years. Not everything has been sunshine and rainbows, but this group of people have managed to keep me alive by the Will of God! Yes, sometimes their lines are busy, but I bombard all paths chat and phone... lol they WILL GET BACK!! I'm not one to write negative reviews but this one needs to be done, respectfully. I scheduled an appointment for psychiatry. I was paired with Katia Calleja. On top of the fact that it's obvious no one read all the forms and questionnaires I filled out, my appointment was for 12:00PM. They said wait time was going to be 40 minutes. I explained that I was at work and was being covered just to be able to attend this appointment. The session didn't start until approximately 12:30PM.
