Liz is amazing! I’ve seen her for deep tissue massages, and more recently her lymphatic and body + face flush massage. I always leave feeling relaxed and my muscles more at ease. The lymphatic massage really helped an IBS flare up I was having, it was amazing!! If you’re looking to heal your body through massage, I highly recommend Liz.
I recently had a deep tissue massage from Liz, and it was incredible. I sit a lot for work, lift weights, and practice BJJ, so I have a lot of muscle soreness and tightness. Liz knew exactly what she was doing and targeted all the areas where I had pain. I left feeling brand new. I'll definitely make it a habit to see her every month or two weeks. Trust me, Liz is the best!
I started doing lymphatic massages with Liz and I have seen such a difference on my back, I can tell from posture to just tightness that her work is amazing! She explains everything so well and give you information about how to stay healthy after the massage. I love her!

Within two sessions Liz has helped me feel less bloated and I feel lighter after leaving a lymphatic massage session.
