Great customer service , very knowledgeable and professional
I would have loved to leave a 5 star review as I do feel Lucie does have good knowledge, not enough however. She didn’t fill my colon at all. She only watched the pressure gauge and let the pressure huge do all the work instead of her doing the work. Which she should have been filling up the colon and emptying it and over and over again. That’s what colon hydrotherapy is. I think Lucie does know a lot however there is definitely room for improvement and after of the client. Lucy is an amazing therapist. Experienced, intuitive and thorough. I've had many invasive colonics in the past, but Lucy's colonics are unique, gentle and effective. Her approach does not "force" the process, but allows the body to "let go and let God." Thank goodness for this caring and effective therapist!
