Sid is a wonderfully talented masseuse and a very skilled professional. She is thoughtful in knowing what my body needs, thorough in knowing my medical history and provides a comfortable and calm atmosphere. She uses the correct amount of pressure and it is always a relaxing experience. Her knowledge of craniosacral is also helpful with my pain relief and relaxation. I look forward to my appointments with Sid and highly recommend her.

I recently had a session with Sid, compliments of a friend who gifted me a session for my birthday. I was skeptical because I never had any kind of energy work done before, but I went into the session with an open mind. I was not disappointed! I went into a state of deep relaxation (even nodding off on the table a few times) during the session. Sid Grassbaugh gives me a cranial sacral treatment about once a month. She is kind, professional, and knows how to administer a treatment that is most helpful. Her knowledge and skill are evident in the way she provides a treatment. I have incurred several serious injuries and many fractured bones throughout my life. I highly recommend going to Sid for bodywork! I appreciate her tailored approach and use of different methods of massage, cupping, and cranial sacral therapy to address my concerns. I always feel so much better after a session with her.

I went to Sid during the later healing stages after breaking my ankle. Her therapy aided in mobility imrpovement and helped in relieving some of the tension I was carring. She is kind, knowledgeable, and passionate about her practice.
