I hadn’t been here in quite some time, but after receiving promotional calls, I decided to schedule an appointment. Before booking, I discussed the service and pricing and agreed to the amount that was quoted. However, when I arrived, I was told the price would be nearly double what we had discussed. Bryan was amazing! Best massage ever!
Money hungry place!!! It was all going good and I thought the staff were friendly but they unfortunately messed up. If you have a membership be careful because they don’t even let you know when the membership is over and if you try to cancel it before the supposed time the membership is over, they don’t let you and keep insisting you to come in. 100% agreed with all 1 star reviews written. Laura only cares about the money. I have been a customer for years and have decided to cancel my membership due to not having time anymore. I made sure to have the receptionist confirm it was cancelled, to later be charged again 2 months later TWICE. I called Healing Therapy directly several times and not once was I able to get ahold of Laura. I requested to speak to her numerous times, and she never had the decency to call back a loyal customer.
