Couples therapy with Kari went really well and then I transitioned to working with Kari solo for my own counseling for a couple more months so I can work on some of my own anxiety outside of my relationship and that was helpful. She made me feel comfortable, she was easy to talk to and also challenged me. if you are thinking of couples counseling or your own therapy then i recommend.
