Ive been doing therapy for close to a year now. Was having some problems in my relationship when I began seeing Kari. I considered doing couples counseling because my wife thought it was a good idea at first but then realized I wanted to do my own therapy for issues in my marriage and some past stuff that wasn't related to my relationship. I recommend Kari for therapy. She has listened to me and really helped me get out of my head. I have had a good experience and recommend her to people wanting a therapist.

When I began therapy here Healing Therapy Services it was for couples counseling and then after almost a year of working with Kari my husband and I felt like we were at a good spot. The therapy as a couple went really well and then I transitioned to working with Kari 1:1 for a couple more months so I can work on some of my own stuff and that was really helpful. She was easy to talk to and also challenged me when I needed it. Thumbs up.

Would highly recommend. Definitely have a different outlook and perspective on life day to day.
