I’ve gotten massages for years but never anything like the Thai massage I’ve had here. The relief I’ve had from the intense stress I’ve been carrying has been life giving. I can’t go back to “regular” massages.
I hate to leave a bad review but this just really wasn’t the place for me. I came in and made it clear I was looking for a full body massage with a focus on my back and shoulders, especially my left, where I have a lot of tension. I stated that I like traditional firm deep tissue type massages. I went to Healing Roots for a much-needed reset, and it was exactly what my mind and body were craving. From the moment I walked in, the calm and welcoming energy put me at ease. The intentional way they worked on releasing tension left me feeling lighter, grounded, and refreshed—like I could finally get back into my flow. Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is pause, and Healing Roots makes that pause so restorative. Highly recommend!
