I’ve gotten massages for years but never anything like the Thai massage I’ve had here. The relief I’ve had from the intense stress I’ve been carrying has been life giving. I can’t go back to “regular” massages.
I hate to leave a bad review but this just really wasn’t the place for me. I came in and made it clear I was looking for a full body massage with a focus on my back and shoulders, especially my left, where I have a lot of tension. I went to Healing Roots for a much-needed reset, and it was exactly what my mind and body were craving. From the moment I walked in, the calm and welcoming energy put me at ease. The intentional way they worked on releasing tension left me feeling lighter, grounded, and refreshed—like I could finally get back into my flow. Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is pause, and Healing Roots makes that pause so restorative. Highly recommend!
The best massage I have ever experienced
I have a pinched nerve and Nick was very informed about nerve pathways and muscle groups. He knew what areas to avoid making the issue worse but helped to relieve some whole body tension that I was experiencing because of this. I learned more about what was going on with this issue than I did at the doctor's visit 2 hours prior.
