My husband and I recently attended a Couples Yoga class run by Mallory at the Healing and Recovery Centre. First of all, the warm, cozy, starlit room set the perfect atmosphere for the intimate class. Mallory did an excellent job guiding us through restorative yoga positions and led the most relaxing meditation that included moments of connection with our partner.
