I have been seeing Sheila for 5 years. This is a safe space for me, and the professionalism and comfort I feel when I walk in to my session is top notch. Top notch professionals! I’ve worked with Sheila for several months now and I already feel like myself again. Sheila is a naturally compassionate person. Plus, she’s approachable, highly skilled/experienced, and she sets the tone as an excellent leader for her team of counselors. Sheila and other team members offer EMDR, which I found was a very helpful and effective modality for me. Dealing with anxiety and depression is very difficult and debilitating. With the right therapist, and self will, as hard as it may seem for you to believe this while reading it… YOU CAN FEEL LIKE YOURSELF AGAIN!! Many times this isn’t something you can just DIY or just discuss with loved ones. Trust me, I’m a pretty strong minded individual but this is definitely something you should handle along side a professional.
