Christina is amazing!! She worked on my shoulder that had been hurting for weeks, found and explained what was causing the pain and relieved it! She not only helped me to relive the pain, but taught me simple stretches and exercises to strengthen and loosen those muscles. I am so thankful for Christina!!

I was suffering with upper back pain. Christina helped me learn how to stretch and strengthen my back and the pain is completely gone! She is amazing, absolutely love her!
