Dr. Potts is absolutely incredible; he is without a doubt the most knowledgable EDS provider in the Pittsburgh area, and the most knowledgeable that I have ever seen. He teaches you how to help yourself and not be dependent upon several weekly appointments. The receptionist was incredibly rude. Said I should've gotten paperwork via email that I never received, turned me away saying he didn't accept my insurance (NO ONE informed me of this beforehand) when my insurance does cover out of network providers for conditions like mine. Part of your job as a receptionist is to check with insurance providers, I have never had a practice not preemptively call the insurance on my behalf to check coverage. Chris is extremely knowledgeable, communicative, and informative. He is the first person I have worked with who knows about EDS, hypermobility, and Autism to the extent that he does. I have only had two sessions so far and have already noticed improvements and benefits from our session.
