I cannot say enough wonderful things about Healing Moments Counseling and Dr. Kathleen Massmann. After experiencing the devastating loss of our baby, I felt completely alone and overwhelmed. Unprofessional and many boundaries crossed. Waste of time and money. Completely unsupportive. Very disappointed in this facility.
I have worked with Kim as a colleague and have had first hand experience of her work and her kindness for all walks of life. Kim sets a high standard for LGBTQ+ care and has the calmest and most nurturing way to hold anyone who comes into her therapy room.
