The nurse practitioner, Casey, is extremely helpful and compassionate. She took time to listen to find a way to help me figure out how to address each issue. She's extremely professional and you can tell that she cares a lot of the people she works with.

I wanted to start coming here but If your receptionist is rude It just makes me think of what type of help I will be receiving. Kindness and respect especially if you are working in this field goes a long way.

The receptionist has a nasty attitude. Talking to someone like they're stupid when you work in mental health probably isn't the best idea. Someone seeking counseling doesn't need to be spoken to that way. Would give zero stars if I could. She needs to be replaced with someone with more patience and compassion

I chose this place primarily b/c no one else would work with multiple children as well as proximity to minimally disrupt their lives. It helped that I was told they often worked with the Cumberland Co family courts. Over the course of 2 years, with 1 minor interruption, I watched my oldest's mental health decline to an alarming degree. I respectfully sat out of most sessions, but finally began sitting in.
