The secretary at this office was incredibly rude, unhelpful, and condescending. Instead of assisting me with a simple issue, she spoke to me as if I was stupid for not knowing how to do something on a computer. Not everyone has a degree in technology, a printer, scanner, and a mini Office Depot sitting in their house, and there is no excuse for treating patients like they’re incompetent because they need help. Dr. Greisch is the best! She is kind, caring and thoughtful. Every time I have a session with her she assists me in finding resolutions with my situations. Her compassion and empathy is amazing. I would recommend her to anyone who is in need of of a great psychiatrist.
What I like most about Healing Minds is that Ms. Ruane has the capability to address all the issues I bring to her. She helps me understand how and why my mind is functioning and thinking in the manner that perplexes me. Never had a therapist that could so easily understand me and my every issue. There is a strong comfort level having a therapist that completely undersands you. Thanks so much.
