Best massage of my life! Sarah is so kind an knowledgeable; listening to my concerns and addressing them in new, effective methods. Sarah explained everything as she went and I felt completely comfortable the whole time. She even explained why I may be experiencing my problem areas gave me “yoga homework” to help me when I went home! Couldn’t recommend her enough. Thank you, Sarah!
Sarah has been working on me for about 8 months now. I am 75 years old with problems due to age and stroke. She has been able to work her magic hands with a combination of massage and yoga therapy. Through her I have been able to strengthen the use of my legs and balance. I would highly recommend Sarah and her approach with working with the mature person.
Sarah is great! She’s skilled in multiple modalities; her deep tissue massage and cupping work really helped the pain in my low back/hips. She is a great listener and focused on the areas that I requested.
