Website makes it sound promising but i found it mostly fluff. Spent better half of 2 sessions listening to the therapist give me history lessons on very basic breathing techniques. They would then ask if I wanted to try to them but it’s stuff you can YouTube - think like breath in 7 and breathe out 7. By the end of the sessions I had barely spoken and left frustrated and I spent hundreds. I was so hopeful about this place.
