I absolutely love these guys!!! Bren was able to help me a lot in my discovery of how to navigate my life better and it really has been easier since I've been in counseling with her. I highly recommend them. No matter what your issues are, they will help you and you will live a happier life. A good therapist makes all the difference and every one of them at this center is a good one.
Sandi’s approach is compassionate, wise, and deeply effective, especially for anyone struggling with their relationship to food and body image. Instead of pushing restrictive diets or surface-level fixes, she helps you experience real food freedom and healing from the inside out. She creates a space where you truly feel seen and supported. I can’t recommend Healing Journey enough if you’re ready to break free from the cycle of dieting and learn how to nourish yourself - physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Absolutely wonderful practice. The therapists are attentive, professional and accommodating with scheduling and needs. Sandi was wonderful in finding the best match for our family’s needs and following up. Highly recommended!
Sandi, the director, is amazing and does a great job at placing you with a therapist she feels is best suited for you. She is an outstanding therapist as well. I am currently meeting with Maria and I truly enjoy her approach. It is not just talk therapy but really based therapy to help work through trauma. We focus on what issues I feel are most pressing and she gears the session around that. I am excited to see where this healing journey takes me.
