Hello, I have been coming to Healing Insights for around 20 years, maybe more. It has kept me very healthy for all my younger years. The women (Ruth and Rachel) who perform the colonics really know how to give you a safe and effective colonic. In my recent years I have been diagnosed with chronic Limes Disease and Long Covid. Always a wonderful experience and I leave feeling much better than when I arrived. The staff is amazing in their knowledge and care. I’ve gone to many colonic clinics over the years and they by far are my favorite.
Ruth and Rachael are very professional and Healing insights is hands down the best place to get a colonic in the Twin Cities! Their colonics are therapist assisted throughout the whole colonic which is by far the best way to get a colonic. They are very expeirienced in wellness and natural healing methods that help the whole body heal. I would give them 10 stars if I could!
