I've been in an out of therapy for most of my adult life and while I've had some incredible and amazing therapists in the past who have helped me still be here and be who I am today, I am so thankful for Ms. Kanaka and her therapy style. Sessions don't feel structured in the sense that I feel we have to discuss the same topic for weeks/months on end unless I need to.
