We are a team of Integrative Health Professionals who's main mission is to help you reach your health goals, naturally. We see clients suffering with many different issues - hormonal symptoms, infertility, weight gain, fatigue and stress to name a few. Our treatments are varied to suit each individual. We are primarily operating as a virtual clinic with monthly availability at various locations for in-person care.

A very restful clinic. Their RMT, Kirsten Greenleaf, is amazing! She helped me with some very bad stress-related pains in my body, especially shoulders & back, & helped relieve the pain, bringing all the cortisol driving the stress down to a manageable level. The only problem is that she is so very, very good that she is super popular and booked way ahead, plus because she is an instructor with Algonquin's RMT program she isn't available as much as some RMT's are.
First ND we saw was not good, after we complained, we were contacted by the supervising ND and we recieved much better service.
