I have had a wonderful experience here. I see Kayla and she is wonderful. She is compassionate, and truly cares about you. She responds quickly to messages and is genuine. The staff is nice and professional. I love how cozy the office feels. If I could give more stars, I would!!!
I started seeing Dr. Cindy about two years ago and she’s been nothing short of amazing! From the first appointment, I could tell that she truly cared and wanted to help me become the best version of myself. She really listened!! I would highly recommend her, if you are facing struggles and difficulties this life can sometimes bring.
how are they gonna be a mental health service and not answer their phone calls? only giving two stars because i haven’t met with an actual person so maybe the in person care is better. anyways, i called multiple times during non-lunch open office hours and did not get someone to pick my call up until the ninth call yesterday and waking up early today, no answer at all. i’m lucky that i’m not actively having a mental health crisis, because this is the place i was told to call if i was having dangerous thoughts and feelings.
