Kayla was super friendly and took a lot of time to hear all my concerns as a new patient, definitely one of the nicest psychiatrist I’ve met!
This place made me feel worthless. I will never be able to trust a provider again. They also did not collect my copay for 10 months one time and then charged my card for all of it at once without me even knowing when they were going to do that. That is not how auto pay works when you put a card on file so be careful. Transferred here from a quack psychiatrist that just retired from Eastgate Ohio and am so thankful I found this place. It has been a night and day difference from my old doctor and I feel blessed to have found Healing Hope.
My experience with Healing Hope has been wonderful and I highly recommend them. I go here for medication for bipolar disorder and general anxiety disorder. Both Psychiatry and talk therapy have got me on the right track.
I have seen Cindy Tufarella for the past three years and she has been a true lifesaver. For years, I had a wrong diagnosis and she figured it out and got me on the right meds and I am feeling so much better. On top of that she treats me like a person and takes the time to listen, understand and work to solve problems with you. I used to see her at the Alexandria location, but now I see her in Amelia, OH and when need be online, which makes seeing her very convenient and I have never had to wait for more than 5 minutes in the... read more
