If seeing a therapist and talking to someone hasn’t been something you’d want to try, Chelsea is a great person to start with! She leaves an open and judgement free space. She’s amazing with offering perspectives and just sitting in whatever you’re going through at the moment. And no matter how many times you need you talk about the same thing lol.
