Healing home is such a wonderful place. I referred a co-worker who was struggling with her new parent journey and they were so kind and supportive with her. Grateful she had them as a resource.
If seeing a therapist and talking to someone hasn’t been something you’d want to try, Chelsea is a great person to start with! She leaves an open and judgement free space. She’s amazing with offering perspectives and just sitting in whatever you’re going through at the moment. And no matter how many times you need you talk about the same thing lol. This is an excellent practice. Chelsea has always been a great listener, and has never let me sit alone with my problems. She offers a safe space for collaboration, and for me to be myself even when I feel at my lowest. Her objective is not only to help me heal, but to help me find laughter in even my sad moments.
