I had a remarkable experience during the time I was enrolled in an IOP program at Healing Heroes/Resilience Behavioral health. Cassie, Skyler, and John were all incredible from the operations side of the house. John was also an amazing therapist and group facilitator that always brought energy, authenticity, and poignant introspection. It was a blessing to have Ali as my primary counselor. This was my first time ever doing anything like this. After nearly 24 years of service I had no idea how to start the process of working on myself. This program helped me understand the process, gave me the tools to heal, and ensured my treatment was right for me and I wasn’t just a number. Being with other military and first responders also allowed for common place with others who could relate and understand. I highly recommend this program and I’m forever grateful for how much they helped me and my family.
If I could give 500000000 stars, I would. Healing Heroes Behavioral Health saved my life. I do not say that lightly. As a first responder, I experienced a traumatic line of duty incident that broke me in ways I did not recognize at first.
