My son was seen here for his 12 month appointment, I refused to give him his 12 month vaccinations and in doing so I was told that my child "will die" If I don't give him the vaccinations. They tried guilt tripping us and kept repeating that our HEALTHY child will die. My son is very healthy, smart and very ahead of his development. To tell a new parent this is out rageous! We had a good experience with the chandler location office . Both our kids are seen by Dr. McKenna for Wellness visits and illness visits. Courteous staff and the nurse practitioner NIkki does a good job in triaging the issue.
We love Nikki! My kids never want to see anyone else. She is always there when we need her. She makes them feel safe and we overall have a great experience when we go to healing hearts
UPDATE: so I'm updating and adjusting the stars as Dr Khurana did reach out and apologized and expressed a few things as this was helpful for them and they even adjusted the survey. We appreciate this and ended up going in to see Dr Khurana to start evaluating our kids for Autism. The trip in was Pleasant and the office staff made it nice aswell. My wife and I do appreciate being able to express constructive criticism and they actually showed great appreciation of our concerns to the point where they made adjustments. Lookin... read more
