I was in so much pain today, physically and psychologically. I'm not very good at stress management and it kept building up on me and I had finally decided to start doing something about it. I was very lucky to find her. I got an hour and a half and she went 20 minutes over the time. Thank you for that! I really needed it. She's very good at what she does. Most massage therapists do not connect or listen to the clients body. She does. She knows when to go slow, deep, not so deep. She's present and aware. 10/10 recommend.
Cassandra is an amazing insightful massage therapist. Somehow she magically finds the spot that I need the work on without me saying a word. She is so patient and kind I can’t imagine what my life would be like without her services. Actually, I can painful.
Cassandra focuses on your needs and finding issues causing tension and soreness. She takes time with every client and works to bring relief and relaxation!
