Our dog passed away. We took her late to Healing Hearts. I can't express how comforting the staff made us feel. They put us in a room and explained the options to us. They gave us plenty of time to say our last goodbyes. The tech said he would talk good care of her because he knews how important she was to us. It is what you need to hear at a moment like that. Our family is grateful for your understanding.

Clean. Kind Staff. Patient. This was my experience with the staff, vet, and facilities at Healing Hearts Emergency. We were referred over for an all-inclusive examination of our little pup's heart to get cleared for anesthesia due to a blip in testing. I expressed a bit of concern and frustration with being forced to do this by our other vet despite the blood work having only a marginal rate of error outside of normal range. We have gone here two times with our sick dog and each time, the staff was thorough and professional. From the front office staff to the vet, everyone took time to listen to our concerns, let us ask as many questions as we want, and approached us with one goal in mind- to get our dog back to normal.
