Wouldn't even give them a 1 star!!! My son has scheduled their 15 minute phone consult 5 different times because they have failed to call him. He was going to a previous mental health facility for years but now they are not taking his insurance, so they recommend this place!!! I don't understand how they help with mental health when they don't even contact you at your scheduled time or move your appointment and not tell you!!! They (Peris Jones) failed to even arrive at the telehealth appointment for the initial meeting, not just to me in March 2026, but to my husband in January 2026. 2/2 bad experience.
Definitely would NOT recommend. Unable to get in contact with any staff member regarding a billing issue. Won’t respond to emails, have called and get an automated text response. Texted a response back and still no response from Healing Hearts. Have sent 2 emails approximately a week apart and still no response. Very unprofessional.
I enjoy my sessions. I believe they are helping me. I'm glad I am going.
