Beware of this company. I mistakenly paid a bill to them on 8/14/23 for $650 that I did not realize had been filed through my insurance and already paid. On my first call, I was told “the insurance hadn’t gone through” even though I had my EOB in hand. Once I mentioned that, we started discussing a refund. After SEVERAL calls and promises for a quick refund, I still don’t have my money back and now their Virginia number is “temporarily out of service.” They are double billing and this is FRAUD. I have started my counseling session with Sara due to her knowledge with couples therapy. However, I knew I needed individual therapy just as much. I began treatment with Tamara Coleman and it was the best decision I have ever made. Tamara got me to realize that I am my own personal cheerleader!
