We left this ABA clinic due to concerns with administration, communication, structure, and an attendance policy that feels financially driven. The attendance policy is the biggest issue. OVERALL MISLEADING TO GET YOUR KIDS IN HERE. After sharing feedback about the attendance policy, I was told make-up ABA sessions may be offered, including Saturdays. However, these options are not realistic for families in early intervention (children 4 and under). My son is 3 and still naps, so extending therapy into a six to eight-hour day is not appropriate, and weekends are often our only consistent family time. We had the pleasure of going through the evaluation process with Kris. There aren’t enough good things to say about our treatment every step of the way. Start to finish everyone that we encountered was so helpful, well informed, patient, supportive and understanding.
