Service and most staff are great, but the attendance policy is extremely rigid and costly for families. My child does ABA therapy here full time, along with speech and occupational therapy. This is based on being a client that comes Monday-Friday. We started as just speech clients and for an autism evaluation. Parents are charged $50 per day once the annual 15 absence days are exceeded, and $50 per day if they do not call the clinic by a set time. Healing Haven has been wonderful for our son’s ABA, speech, and OT. The staff are attentive, professional, and truly care about each child’s progress. The only thing to be aware of is their closure policy: although they may mention closing for severe weather, the clinic actually only closes if the building or parking lot is affected, and they don’t automatically follow school closings. Healing haven has been such a great help to me and my family! I reached out to them back in January for an autism evaluation… I called a handful of places and only healing haven got back to me! Specifically Michelle! She’s been such an extraordinary help this whole time. I first reached out for an autism evaluation and was able to get it scheduled quickly! Then about 2 months later I reached out to get speech therapy for my son… again Michelle was a great help getting us started ! And Alex, my sons SLP is absolutely amazing ... read more

My son has been here since 2022, I've only had 1 issue And it been great to talk to the head huncho Mrs Jamie. And was kind of enough to answer my question That's something I pray she never stop doing being personable and not someone that you gotta go through hoops with
