Love the deep tissue massage
I had a Tummy Tuck and Breast Lift in South Florida and reside in Fernandina Beach, FL. After this type of surgery, my Doctor suggests getting Lymphatic massages to help with the hardness in the stomach and to reduce swelling starting a few days after surgery and up to 6 months, if needed.
