Went for a couples massage. Started off with our appointment not being in their system, but the staff worked to get us in with just a short delay. After that, all was great - a wonderful experience. Took special care to address the sore points and soothed the stiffness away. The full massage was equally thoughtful. The hot stones added a new dimension. One of the best massages I've had. Will definitely return.
I had a 90 min deep tissue massage with Ella. This place is not what I would consider a relaxing environment. The therapy room I had was in the lobby and I could hear the phone ringing and the receptionist doing administrative tasks. The table was also very creaky. We had a couple’s massage at Healing Hands and it was an amazing experience. I left feeling completely relaxed, and the muscle soreness from my training has significantly reduced. The staff was professional and welcoming, and the pricing is very reasonable for the quality of service provided. I’ll definitely be coming back again!
This was my second time coming in, and once again, I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. The atmosphere is peaceful, clean, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. My massage therapist was attentive, professional, and really knew how to work out the tension in all the right areas without making it uncomfortable. I called ahead to confirm the price, but when I arrived, it turned out to be way more than what I was told over the phone. They did it to get me in the door. They made up some extra fees soon as I walked in the door. I should have walked out. You’re required to pay up front before the massage, and they ask you to add a tip after—but not in a comfortable way. The staff stood nearby and pressured me to tip, which felt awkward and pushy.
