Dr. Chikman is a good doctor, however the front desk communication and handling of urgent lab results was disappointing. I contacted the office regarding abnormal lab results and requested that the message be forwarded to my doctor as urgent. I was told I would receive a call back in one week, and the week has now passed without any response, despite my request for timely review or contact with clinical staff. This should be escalated.

Being a patient at Healing Hands Primary Care has been such a blessing. From the moment I walk in, I feel respected and cared for. The staff is warm and compassionate, and they genuinely take their time to listen and explain everything clearly. I never feel rushed or dismissed. They truly care about my health and well-being, and that means so much to me. I’m very grateful to have found this office and would recommend them to anyone looking for a doctor who truly puts patients first.
OMG, this is the first time I’ve ever experienced such rude front desk staff. They act like they own all the clinics in Illinois and think they are the smartest people in the world. My advice to the clinic: if you want to provide good service, the attitude of the front desk staff needs to be improved. However, Dr. Uljian is the best!
