Healing Hands Primary Care is a rare gem, and Uljan Cobo is a truly exceptional provider. It is so hard to find a doctor who doesn’t just rush you out the door, but he has a very caring, thorough approach and never dismisses your concerns. He actually takes the time to listen and treat you as a whole person—mind, body, and soul. I have always been heard and seen in a timely manner. I’m satisfied with the dr’s and np’s.
Dr. Chikman is a good doctor, however the front desk communication and handling of urgent lab results was disappointing. I contacted the office regarding abnormal lab results and requested that the message be forwarded to my doctor as urgent. I was told I would receive a call back in one week, and the week has now passed without any response, despite my request for timely review or contact with clinical staff. This should be escalated.
