Mal servicio vine yo hace como unos 10 minutos porque mi niña de 4 años andaba vomitando y me salen con que a las 11 cierra cuando en la página esta de 8 a 12 de verdad que siempre voy a la de Pharr pero estas personas aquí de Donna si tienen un mal servicio 😒 Que desagradable llegar y que solo te digan que no atienden y que estan ahi porque cierran a las 12 pero ya no atienden desde las 11 🙄

I feel like the staff here needs to communicate better. I was taking to the lobby to wait for a room and I waited 30 minutes which I don’t mind I’ve worked in the healthcare industry and I understand. But what was brought to my attention was that there was other people that came after me and it wasn’t just one but two who were being passed to a room while I was still waiting in the lobby for a room.
