I've been bringing my older son for the last 12 years and my younger son for the past 2 years and have never had any issues. Nurses and staff are very attentive and helpful. The doctors are amazing and always put the patients needs first.
Ms Botello saw us and the visit was excellent. We don’t have insurance and the office visit for a new patient is unbelievably affordable. They did a cbc and prescribed us medication that was ready in the pharmacy just as promised. I would highly recommend healing hands for primary care. The clinic is modern appearing and clean. Ms Botello has excellent bedside manner and knowledge. 10/10, A+, gold sticker.
Waited over 1 hour never got called. Other people that arrived after me went in before me. No attention to patients. I've always had a great experience but not today.
