Alot of Miss comunicatian in my expereince Docs are great, side remarks etc... towards me-im with some mental dissabillities- still my last review was outa hand and u oploogize to me being a bit bi-polar momments-still no excuse-, i explained and they listen to my complaints and hopelly things change love joe,vero,guzman,valdez(from my kiddy days) and the other docs are great 2:this started doing a sudden surgical need- to be fair i was being a bit difficult due to pain n exhaustion wit my situation,i know alot of great ppl ... read more
I've been to this clinic since I was small and now I take my kids love that doctors take the time to explain everything and do check them right
I just moved my kids here, and I’m going to be honest… I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE!!!. I used to take my girls to Ashley’s pediatrics and let me tell you, the wait time was ridiculous to me. I just wasn’t comfortable with how long it would take us to get seen by the doctor. I 100000000% recommend this place!!
We’ve been taking our kids to Healing Hands Pediatric and Dr. Botello for years, and we’re truly grateful for the amazing care she provides. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. She never makes us feel rushed and always puts our kids’ needs first. Very happy with this clinic. The providers are very knowledgeable and they treat us like family. Even though they see many patients every day they manage to see us as fast as possible. Reception, triage, and lab as well as other auxiliary staff are always very helpful. Thank you for everything you all do!
