They're nice people. Very helpful in person. Wait time for an appointment is months currebtly though. But dont try to reach out over the phone. The response time is disgusting. Last time I called in about an issue with my 1 month old daughter it took them over a week to respond back to me. I've just called again today about her, this time shes only 3 months old. And I've been waiting hours. Will update on how long this callback takes to come in. Would not recommend if your child gets sick outside of a scheduled appointment.
We love Dr. Calloway and all of the staff at Healing Hands. We used Dr. Baker prior, and loved her too, but with her having to leave, we couldn’t have asked for a better peds doc to take over. She is attentive, kind, and makes everyone feel like family.
If you want a pediatrician who listens and is caring and understanding, you won't find anyone better than Dr. Calloway!!!
I absolutely respect and love Dr. Calloway! She is one of the best doctors (pediatrics) in the city. She explains in detail and educates you during the visit. She goes above and beyond and I appreciate her for it!
Best pediatrics office hands down ! Dr. Calloway is the best she has seen my daughter since she was born wouldn’t take her anywhere else !
