They set me an appointment for 8 am two weeks ago. I’ve been getting reminders down to 48 hours prior, 1 day down to 15 minutes. I know for a fact it’s the correct address because it was in the reminder text. When I call the number, she tells me I’m not in the system and I must be calling the wrong place. Mind you, I called the number on the office! When I arrived no one was there and says on the door they don’t open until 8:30, so why would they set an appointment for 8 am??
